Wow! Great idea, I like the layout of the track. Looks like a lot of fun. Excellent idea with the tubing, too. Can't wait to see it finished!

the clear tube gives you a lot of possibilities...
to make sharp curves more attention :

Great idea, but the best part is the connectors. A little old garden hose (plentiful this time of year as people are throwing them away) and the right sized wooded dowel for a connector...great idea! German engineering rules......even on little race tracks!

is that the type of tubing that has little lights in them if there not that would be cool to have them so you can race in the dark

Something like this?  (outer edges)
Not enough there to illuminate in total darkness, so we're working on some "Stadium" lights and maybe some headlight conversions for the cars.
