one more thing..
But.. I was thinking bout it today cuz i think that mod is too cool..
And I just thought about it in my hands : how the hell is it better to steer and brake and reverse and accelerate if its aaaall on the left side of the controller.. ?
then if u put front/rear on front rear and put left on ex. square and right on circle.. thatd be weird no ?
or maybe L1/R1
I don't know.. let me know what you planning to do.

well, i'm not really going for the style of it, it's more the ergonomics, the psone controller is much more comfortable in my hnds than that square controller. ya know?

If you have tow cars of different frequencys you could use one side of the control as one frequency and the other side as the other frequency.

that'd be nice but i'm gonna have enough trouble getting the original board in there in the first place, and i'm not getting a 4 channel controller

Thats cool. but I just wouldn't want to do that to my controller. To much effort. Good job though.
