Bit Hobby Mod Icons
I just got photoshop and as since I'm learning to adapt to its set of tools, I made a 3.2 motor icon.
I hope Tiny adds it to the smilies

Looks good man. 
I keep wondering if Tiny left the white corners on theirs on purpose. I think it'd look better all black like yours.

Thanks for the 3.2 addition! I will include it with the zip file of all the others for people to download within the week. The GIFs we created were supposed to be 48x48 but during the conversion from .ai to .gif it added a few pixels here and there, so the gifs are more like 50x50. But since they are gifs, you can just resize them to whatever size you need.
The .ico ones arent done yet, I only have 22 converted. These are all the proper icon size. Please send more additions when new mods surface! Thanks guys.

Well, I wanted to make some more icons, but I have no idea on what icons are missing. Any requests? It might take some time since I'm also working on my wallpaper for the TinyRC contest.

You could try a custom paint job one, or custom tires, or maybe even custom body styling. I think those would be cool.
