quick help !
i've located the crip cap on my bit pcb "loctite zexel"
should i take it off or not ??
i've read that in QFM about removing the pcb CC :
"People have posted mixed results from this mod, with increases in range varying from just a half foot gain to a maximum range of twenty feet!"
should i take it off or not ???

I haven't done that mod but if you're feeling lucky, go for it.
edit: Ask yourself this. Does the car have enough range for you now? If you said no, then try the mod out. If you said yes, leave it alone.

I have the same car and I removed the CC from the PCB. With removing the CC and adding a new car antenna, I now get 40+ feet inside. Good luck and may the force be with you.

i want to change my bit antenna, should i use copper wire ?
my range indoor like 25 feet .. out door is good as well, but sometimes it stutter after 10 feets but the reverse still working probably, do you know why ?

Get some solid core cat5 cable and cut it up. Should be pretty cheap at home depot
