ok you must first seperate your gear of choice from a spare axle. then you either order some bare knuckles off the german site, or pry the wheels off your own. now go to your local hobby store, and pick up some wire stock for the new axel you're going to create. glue the german wheels (w/german slicks already on) along with your gear on to the stock, so it looks like a tomy axle. all you need to do after that is slighty trim your body with a dremel, and pin your front wheels together. ask any questions to the master himself, payaso.

The alloy rims weigh in at a whopping 2.7g (all 4 rims)
Plastic would just get tore up in time, and you only save maybe .5g in weight. weight to durability ratio is great with alloy....

good point payaso
I thought the weight would be a bit more than that, heh now im gettin all excited, well gotta get my blasted sttering knockes disassembled first.....
anywho i can pull .5 g of weight by shaving the inside of my car's body. doors, hood, roof.....met mr dremel
actually a kit for the wheel mod would be great. maybe 2 sets of wheels, a tomy axle kit, steering knuckle kit and 2 sets of tires. That way you could have a full set of gears with mounted tires for your bit.

I agree, but unlike the alloy mufflers, these actually improve the performance of the car. The muffler will not.
The price from the site is 14.90 Euro Dollars $13.00 and some change US.
I don't know how much tiny will offer them for, but I'd be willing to pay a little more ordering in the USA from a place I trust...
