Grab a phone book guy!!! Call all the Radio Shacks near your home!!! ZipZaps are NOT just in the US!!! I saw some here in BC the other day. They were selling fast tho.
You have to find a "BIG" Radio Shack... not the little ones in the malls and stuff... they know nothing. If you don't want to order one then plan on doing some driving. Them is the facts!!!

I can see 2 ways for you to buy a ZZ.
The first one you know it already... ebay...
Unfortunately is like a Black Market for ZipZaps. 
Very Expensive!
The other way is to find someone who will buy one and send it to you. 
Most Radioshacks are out of stock. I know that because I tried to order some ZZs myself so I emailed them and told me that.

I still be able to sell some ZZ, In my Radio Shack are more than 100 in stock  It look like no one like them here
$30.00 plus S&h $8.00 in US Dollars For you.
the ones that are there are:
the blue honda F&F
the black honda F&F
silver porche
lot more
and a lot of other stuff (wildtomberry stuff, gears, tires, tracks, bodys, everything a Radio Shack must have)

wend I say my Radio Shack I dont meen that I Have one, is the one close to me. I sell them at 30.00 because in all the Radio Shack in this part, they are at 25.00 I only making 5 for the trip to go get them
