What exactly is this, I've never heard of it. What scale is it?

It's a Mini-Z (1/28) for kids, non-proportional - sucks!

yea they charge way too much for those on ebay. I would pay for one for about 10 bucks.....and thats shippin included

I guess it would be like a good start when u get into 1/28 scale. Like the zip zap to the bit......comparison.
