Red Lancer body?

I was wondering if Tomy sells a plain red Lancer body? I don't want the WRC body. I can't find them anwhere. i tried searching, but I am getting mixed results.

I'll buy one off of someone if you want to sell it

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question but it sounds like you want to buy a Lancer body with one solid color, red. I've been looking for Lancer bodies sold separately and so far the only one I have found is the WRC body. A solid red Lancer body comes in the MS and Bit kits as does a solid yellow Lancer body. Supposedly a clear Lancer body comes in the MS speed set, but I have yet to find one.

Another option is to look for clones with Lancer bodies. They'll have a lot of stickers on them, but once you pull the stickers off (very easy to do) you may find a solid body underneath.

NorCalCoug, if you've seen a yellow Lancer body sold by itself (not in a kit), may I ask where you saw it in the Bay Area? TIA!

Just buy the race body and paint it red, or buy the whole kit again....

According to the Microsizer Website, their speed sets come with a clear Lan-Evo body. but looking at their picture closely, it looks like a clear skyline. I have not seen these Speed sets personally though.

Yea i have a red lancer microsizer. The only thing is im not sure if u can only get a lancer body, sorry. You may just have to buy the whole MS kit.

Yeah, I know the MS make a red Lancer, but I was hoping I didn't have to buy the whole kit.

thats your best bet right there.....clones are cheap too so just buy the whole clone and use the body....all the chassis and controller stuff could be used for spare parts if somethin ever went wrong with the chassis you have now

I have got the booster set GM-101 which includes a clear lancer body, i couldnt be bothered to paint it so ordered a GM-09 (prepainted WRX lancer body) to save me the hassle,

I would sell it or swap it with you cos i'm unlikely to ever paint and use it, but its probably not worth it as I'm in the UK and the shipping would be a killer

GM-101? I think that's the Skyline. The Lancer body supposedly comes in the US Microsizer Speed Set (non-booster, just nice tires, motor, and gearing).

I thought all Booster Sets came with Clear Skyline Bodies can someone confirm this?

Just checked and your right, the clear body i've got is a skyline and not a lancer, the lancer body i bought ready painted has white bits on the bonnet and round the bottom of the bumpers and rear wing
