How do *you* clean the front axles?

What procedure do you use to clean out the fuzz and crap from your front wheel axles?

I simply take a needle and try to catch the lint then pull it out. I use a toothbrush too (not the one I use to brush my teeth). The toothbrush is trimmed down so it fits nicely into the front side to brush out stuff. Neato huh.

How 'bout my wife?

I think I have a set of surgical tweezers that are extremely long and pointed somewhere. I'll have to try that out, but they're rather large...

Wink

I am too lazy to go get tools (ie brushes or needles) i typically use the Compressed air cans, which moves the front tires fast and moves the lint/fuzz/hair out far enough so i can reach a bit of it with my hands, and it has worked great so far.

However it also costs a fortune, but luckily my work doesn't seem to mind a missing bottle or 2 a month
