Controller Led Change\Voltage?
I was wondering what the voltages were of the leds in the controler for a bit. Point being I wanna chnage the red ones to blue since i have the blue Skyline GT-R controller.

isnt it 3v cause its powerd by 2 1.5v batterys?! i may be wrong.....

I was thinking that as well but in some cases they step down voltages and stuff.

um all LEDs work on any voltage under or around 3v.

Accept if you put a 3.3 volt led where a 5.0 belongs. It will kill the led within days.

how about a sort of "trial and error" kind of thing, solder in a 3v see if it lasts ect....

You don't see many actual 5v LEDs. Any that you do see are usually normal 3.3v with and integrated inline resistor. I would expect the ones in the controller are 3 or 3.3 volt spec.
