I would like to preorder two of the Kawada M24 tripmate MID.

I also have a brand new set of electronics (Rx, servo, transmitter,) from my original Kawada M24 tripmate that was never opened at all.

Please, this looks like a great item, mainly i want to mount my own bodies. WoWWWWWW

My email address is aceofbase000@yahoo.com.

thank you so much,
nav

hi tinyrc,
is there any information on final pricing for the m24 mid?
and as well,
i remember seeing somewhere that kawada will be selling
a cpr unit for the MID?
but it seems like it's just a components package
including the es-01 speed control, some receiver, and some servo...
and...i've tried out the same setup on the mini-z
and as NML confirmed, it comes out a bit heavier than
before....any idea if this will be the case with the MID?
or perhaps the MID has a lighter chassis...hmm...
definitely hope so

They literally just arrived, so we haven't had a chance to check them out much yet, but the initial reaction is that they look pretty cool! We got the RX-7s; basically they look like the Mini-Z hacker's dream, instead of having to pile a micro Rx, ES-01 etc. on your Z, this has a wide open cavity for you to cram w/ electronics. I'll keep you posted as we put this together, we will probably use a Mini-X RS set for the ESC/Rx/Servo.

MOPARMAN, can you email us, when we tried to email you @yahoo it failed.

MOPARMAN, did you get our recent email? It appeared to go through, but since we had problems before and haven't heard back from you we weren't sure?

Oman, the handling is great, and they can be tweaked a lot more, like 1/10 scales. Email us and I'll help answer your questions to see which makes the most sense for you guys.

Questions........

Is the wheelbase adjustable from 90-120, or is it only 90mm or 120mm. I'm sure its adjustable thru 90-120, but just want to double check.

I got some 1/24 scale supra models that i'm dying to mount on this car.

I got the rocket racer off of ebay for a very cheap price, but inorder to mount the bodies, i would have to drill holes.

Hey Admin, will you be getting Supra bodies by Kawada? I know they used to make these.

Thanks!

90-120mm, it has a really cool slide and set system; if you're familiar with the Mini-Z which is adjustable via the H-plate placement, then you'll love this. Instead of the unscrewing and screwing back into other holes, this one you just lift up the beam, slide it to the desired length, and then drop it back down into the locking /\/\/\/\/\/\ edges. No word of a Supra body being available yet, just the RX-7 and S2000 at the moment. And with the really cool mounting system and adjustable length and width, you can put just about any body on these. Plus you can directly mount Mini-Z bodies!
