legal question
if u have like a bit with company decals on it suck as AEM and SPOON...can they sue u for using there name on your bit if like your bit was like on the net or in a magazine...im jw and i would really like to know

yes. in a magazine they might care. on a website i doubt it.
first they would order you to take it down. then suw you. my suggestion is to not use major leage baseball logos.

They cannot sue if your just using it for personal use. If you were relelling decals or making ANY KIND OF PROFIT they would issue a cease and desist order. After taht they would hire a lawyer but if your just driving it around don't sweat it

well cars in import mags are sportin logos and dont have n e probs with the companies...is it the same if u put like ur bit in a r/c magazine?

Should be. It still showcases cars and since companies would like their names on a sweet lookin car, they wouldn't mind to have their name in <4-12 size font on mini R/Cs
