I just bought an oem bullet clone called "Thor". It looks like a Microsizer chassis. It came with a good motor that im not sure of the speed. I put my motor from the k.i.t. racer in it and put the stock from the Thor. Both cars run faster than before but the Thor spanks the ZipZap. The Thor handles a little different and isnt calibrated properly yet but it turns really tight. I also remember taking a few days to get the ZipZap to go in a straight line.

Bottom Line:

The cheapo ripoff Bit runs well on carpet that the ZipZap couldn't even move on. It spins the tires fwd and back on my desk. indoor range of at least 40 feet. i cant imagine this thing not beating any zipzap in a drag race.

But steve I am arguing with you!
Tomy is starting to make they're bodies to scale and even more realistic than the zz's bodies. Now zz's are the cartoonish ones hmm let me expain how: The Digi Q were squished from front and back that is why they look taller than normal. Original Bitchargs were squished from front and back to but not as much as the Digi Q.Then there is the Zip zaps which have a extended chasis so they do not look squished. Then there is the new bit chargs which were squished just like the original bitchargs, but then they squished the new ones from top to bottom to give it a realistic look and not a cartoonish one. Now Tomy has the performace and the looks just not the price.

Well I guess you told me! LOL! I think it's time I got a bit, just to diversify myself. Tonight I picked up a Wallyworld Nakamichin (?) Racer and even though it wouldn't charge out of the box, the bodies are weak, and the tires suck, with a little love, I gotta say this thing hauls booty.

I would go with the Bit. They are going to have more company support after the Christmas russ is over. There are also more people moding the Bit's.

I would, but the PCB in the Wallymachine is twice as big, probably due to the 2 speed setup. It might fit though with a little work..hehe

Wally's Clone

I got a Nakamichin (?) Racer. It came with sort of a Land Rover body that got tossed immediately for an ugly lexan one I had laying around. Even though they're cheap, these things are something to rekon with on the drag stip. In "normal" mode they're pretty quick, but in "turbo" mode they're downright fast.

HAHA be gentle, she's sensitive...anyhow, she's only ugly standing still, once she's moving all you see is a blur. Besides, I didn't want to put much time into it thinking it would be garbage...but geez...it's fast. The power difference between this thing and even a dual cell Zip is HUGE. Now if I could only get the wheelbase of the Zip I'd be set. Once I deem her worthy, I'll definitely give her a makeover.
