Sales Tax Out of State with HobbyTown

The person taking the order over the phone has to enter the order as an out of State tax Exempt order. The Hobbytown Point of Sale System assumes that all orders are being purchased in store and automatically adds sales tax. There is no way to buy a dnano from HobbyTown online. Hope this helps

Steve

Hey Steve - I purchased my dNaNo from you guys by way of mail order - Thanks!...Can you help me with info on setting up my profile at www.racednano.com? It lists the following information:

"Account Registration -The Kyosho dNaNo website is available for anyone to view, however to create your own profile, you must own a dNaNo car. Accounts are created automatically for you at the hobby shop that you purchased the car from. Be ready to supply your email address at the time of purchase to have an account created instantly for you. To find the nearest dNaNo retailer near you, please go to our locations page."

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Prices are either $149 or $154 and the starter packs are $99. We also stock all of the parts. We take credit cards and shipping is between $10-20 depending on proximity to IL. Please call our store at 708-349-8697 or email to htusaopil@sbcglobal.net

Steve, may I suggest that you start a new thread with information about your store and ordering options etc.?

The only way that we have been able to register the cars is to run them on our track and have the RFID tag recognized by the dnano race software. I will have to ask Kyosho if there is a way to manually enter the RFID info. Registering the car only tracks you times and numbers of laps run on an official dnano track. It has nothing to do with warranty.

Thanks for the info Steve - Hopefully when the Mooresville, NC location has their track up and running I will be able to get my car registered as you mentioned above! Thanks again!

What are the stock tires that come with the car? Are they sticky enough out of the box?

Most come with a "50" front and a "10" rear.
