How do you want the answers selected? Is it ok if I just bold my answers? Or would something different be better for you?

Also, is there a mistake in the survey? For the first question 4, shoud the parts you want done be switched around?
This part:

4. Do you have a 1st Generation RC car? Yes or No.__________________________
If yes please do Part A and not B.
If no please do Part B and not A
