Here's one tutorial, there are others out there. Many ways to do it. But I'm pretty sure this is the one he and his daughter used.

after many hours i finished the 4th gear mod, articulation mod, and the upgraded steering mod, also i did the reverse your switch mod....uh well i messed that up anyway here are some pics
after-------------------------------------------------------------before
and my new "mod" - reverse the on-off switch......uh ya yes my MT is off in this pic
