***I need to know how to convert this servo into and ESC....

see pic:

I know there is a 5.5 and 2.2K resistor that has to be soldered on the board to replace the potentiometer... or something like that... but if someone could diagram this for me ASAP I'd appreciate it

all I see is a red "X".....

and BTW... when I went to that link... it showed the same diagram I saw in minizracer.com for arch2b.... but the servo PCB in that pic didn't have three wires for the potentiometer... mine has the three wires (yellow, green, and red)

look here

SCBcenter *___yellow wire________________)
SCB left side*__green wire__________2.2k___)

SCB =servo circuit board
2.2k= resistor
* =solder points

now the only problem I'm having now is I can't get the ESC/servo to center/stop moving.... I've set all my trims and sub trims on my radio all the way in one direction and it keeps going in reverse.... until I hit the trigger..then it goes forward... but I can't get the neutral/stop point...

help

try re-arranging the wire set-up say your original set-up is like this:
SCB right side*_red wire_________2.2k______
SCBcenter *___yellow wire________________)
SCB left side*__green wire__________2.2k___)

try this..
SCB right side*_red wire_________2.2k______
SCB left side*__green wire________________)
SCBcenter *___yellow wire__________2.2k___)

or this..
SCBcenter *____yellow wire______2.2k____
SCB right side*_red wire________________)
SCB left side*__green wire________2.2k___)

unitl you hit the that sweet spot..

or simply connect the wires on the resistor the way those wires from the servo board connected to the potentiometer!... see attached picture.. those colored dots represent the colored wires on your servo board

Thanks... that is the way it is in the first drawing...but I'll try switching the wires around... I didn't know that would make a difference...

wow...the things you learn online...

one question.. does your servo board have a built-in 2.2k resistor connected to the potentiometer? if so, you have to use one 5.5k resistor and one 2.2k resistor, if not, then a two 2.2k resistor set-up is good enough... this set-up or what i call an upgrade eliminates the need for you to adjust or center the potentiometer everytime something hits or moved the adjustment knob, because those resistor act or is the same as a potentiometer on center/neutral spot.

My servo board is attached direct to the pot

but I just realized... I have a GWS Pico Standard servo and the board inside looks just like the one that Arch2B has...I'll work on that one now instead...

Thanks for all your help

**Edit... I used the other servo and it works GREAT!!!!!!!

thanks for your help (I ran two 2.2k in series instead of the one 5.4k... and after a few tweaks on the transmitter it centers perfectly and I have full propo control
