yeah, try to dual motor it in the rear and also put like a moto with one of those mini fans on the back to see if it can go even faster!

Nice work!

I did the Lego wheel mod a couple of years ago.
Now that I have some MT parts I might try this one.

Really cool stuff!

thats not a real zipzap so it most likely came like that. You could make It like that by painting the inside translucent blue though.

Dude this so cool, I was looking my first edition ZZ and could be a ton easier to do on a real zz than a clone, you probably won't even need to trim the motor teath or the transfer gear. I'm definitly doing this mod when I figure out how to do it without a soldering iron.

Jeesh.... I can't even read half these posts with complete lack of punctuation, spelling, and any concept of the english language.

You can do the mod without a soldering iron, but that means stripping the wire and threading it through the holes on the contacts of the truck motor.

I've done this to an SE already, it had tons of torque and wasn't all that driveable. I did direct drive to the axle gear and it was too fast. I spun out way too easily, even with wider tires.

The bit would benefit much from a dual cell as the single is providing very limited power. Throw an SE battery in there and I bet she'll really go.
