Sketch_hs: No harm done. I guess we both just misunderstood each other. I'm glad we cleared things up.

UPDATE
Well it seems that I was totally wrong about driftkingshop. Here's a copy of the email that was sent to me today.

Actually, I did respond, but unfortunately, you didn't get it. I am sorry this has happened. If i could I would just send you another set, but unfortunately, a Bit Char-G has to be sacrificed in the process. I just don't understand who would do that. What could they think it is to want to open it that way? If I had a defective Bit around, I would just send you a set, but unfortunately I don't have one. I understand you need a set ASAP, but I don't expect a shipment of Bit's until next month at which time I receive a few cases of The LXX Char-G which I could afford to sacrifice for parts. Even though we assume no risk for the shipment, we would have been more than happy to send you a replacement, believe me. We like to keep business. I will put your email on my list so I can email you when I get one in. Thank you.

I will be more than happy to do business with them again in the future. Looks like I'm off to my local hobby shop to buy a microsizer for spare parts for now!

likwidplastik, from the pic I can tell you exactly what happened - the mail sorting machine ate it. Was the envelope padded? If not, then it's the fault of the sender, you should never send anything thicker than a paperclip in an unpadded envelope. What happened is that as the package moved through the machine, the parts were pushed toward the end while the envelope moved through, until it came to the end and the envelope burst. Please tell the seller that they need to use a padded envelope or box for all parts in future.

tinyrc: You are absolutely right. The envelope was not padded at all.
Oh well...now I gotta wait until they get more spare parts.

Hey likwidplastik, the same thing happened to me just TODAY!But I bought it from someone on ebay and when I recieved it the envelope looked exactly like your post. I emailed the seller and he said I wasn't the only one having this problem. Luckily he's sending me a new motor.

I had a question exactly like this one. I think it may be worth considering for the FAQ.

LIKWIDPALSTIK! I would like to be able to contact you!Like I promised, when we get new parts I am more than happy to send it out. I have a couple so pleas contact me. I believe you used Paypal. Please send me your email and I will verify against my payment and I will send you the part. Believe me, that was an oversite on our part the way the packing was sent out. When we started, I did all the packing myself, but unfortunately, we got too busy too fast and my packer decided to take a shortcut which I sincerely apologize for. We would be more than happy to replace this part for you AND send you one of our 3.1 motors! We would send you a 3.4, but we only have wholesale stock left whick is accounted for. Please contact me. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and hate the fact that one of our customers is unhappy over such a small part. Thank you
