well, is it the actual servo hitting, or the front deck...if its the servo(worst case)..you could use the dremmel to grind a little plastic off the edge of the servo...just go a very little at a time...so you dont go all the way through...and if you do you all the wa trough the plastic, dont worry it wont hurt anything...might look a little ugly..but it'll still function....and btw, thats REAL low...dont get me wrong..it looks excellent, i love it...but can you raise it up just a lil, that should make it clear the windsheild

I accually like it that low.......the thing was, in order to make it lower, I made another hole for the front clip to go into, that way the back would stay the same, and the front would lower, and there's not enough room to make another hole, so it's either that height or the original....I searched a couple of forums, and that was the only way I could find to lower a vett.....I might do like you said and take off a little bit of plastice form the servo, but first I want to make sure it's the servo that's hitting. It looks like it is, but I'm goin to check a couple more times just to be sure. If it's the front deck, I could easily trim that up abit a make it fit, or i could buy a smaller one from cXp......like i said, I'll find out what's hitting and then fix it!
BTW- I bought the paint today!!! Bought clear red. The guy at the hooby shop said that this color would look awesome over a silver base, which is what i have. My dad and I are going to go to his work and paint it with the aribrush kit he has there. The brand of paint is Tamiya, which is what I've heard everyone's using. I'm hoping we'll start painting tomorrow, which we might if it rains(if it doesn't we're gonna ride our four-wheelers). He has a whole paint shop setup at his work, so it wouldn't have to sit outside to dry, so it would be o.k. if we painted in the rain.

hey sry i havent been on aim, i was busy... with ur car and the servo.. tru to shave material off the tob of the servo (this was said b4, but its the best option) you could try to remove material form ur car (be careful) and finally remove material form ur chassis to make the servo slightly lower (not too much). all together this should work ill b on aim throughout the day, try to catch me

no problem racinskillz.....I haven't really been on much lately either, i've been trying to think of stuff to do with my X-mod, and playing Halo 2! I've only gotten on to check the forums, and then I get off. I'm thinking of building a motor, but I'm not sure exactly how to do it......

I'm currentl working on my motor (SB motor). All I have to do is give it to my dad and have him solder it together for me. I'm trying to figure out which pinion I should use? I want my car to reach top speed in 10-15 feet, but not lose alot of speed. I'm also looking for an extra vette body. Any one know of where I can get one, or the product number for one form RS? (I'd preferr the RS product number if possible)
