heh. i just put washers into my gear differential (no gears pulled out). it pushes the sidegears against the casing causing an lsd effect. its not the disc mod you are mentioning. sorry for all the misunderstanding. and i do run it rwd. i've tried the disc mod you are mentioning and it sucks in 2wd..
for stiffer suspension you could try finding a good sized washer or something to serve as a perch for the spring on the shock (kinda works like not seating ur springs all the way). basically puts more preload on it. the extra stiffness does put more stress on the plastic chassis parts though...

What would be the results of playing with different combos of diffs in an AWD vehicle? I tried front and back open diffs and am currently running with 2 ball diffs. Only odd performance I'm getting right now running on a very smooth, large surface is that it will go straight for about 5 feet and then jerk right a bit, leading to a lot of adjustments. Running both open diffs on an asphalt road ran pretty good, but going straight with no steering had the car kinda weaving left and right. I'm curious about other combinations, but I don't want to dismantle my suspension too many times.

i used normal flat black spray paint just the regular kind you can buy at walmart or anywhere....and i mixed some pink paint in my airbrush for the rims...there was really no prep work other than masking the windows...i removed the head and taillight lenses so they wouldnt get paint on them...and then just about 5 light coats with 30 minutes between each...
by the way, i got a few more mods for x mas...awd, cl light kit, underglow, and 6 cell....pics will be up soon

Well, i almost ran out of ideas for my car, but i've finally come up with it....ALL GPM...i want to buy all billet gpm parts(a arms, shocks, decks, knuckles, axles, the works)...this next project is gonna take me awhile because of the cost of gpm parts....if anyone knows where i can get cheap gmp parts, please let me know, or if anyone has any parts they are willing to sell...
