i use this set religiously from my xmod bodies and bikes to pens and calculators... as long as you apply the special bonder spray and let it all dry (12hrs to a day) you could clear coat all you want, the only draw back would be that you cant change the graphic if u wanted to later down the road, but on the plus its seemless and wont peel ... the only flaw with this kit is that it dont work on black bodies, not at all but any other color is fine.
o and heres what i do, i just bought like 6 refil packs online (6 sheets each) and make the designs on photoshop by making a window 8.5X 5.5 inches then you fit everything you want on it and print on a regular peice of paper, and then put the special decal paper over where the designs were printed... you dont even nned to waste time with there software or registration!

Sorry. Im not quite clear on this...
Are the decals like the ones used on models? As in you dip them in water, then place them on the car? If so, its such a pain in the ass to do it.
If they are vynils, or stickers, then it would be great.
Sorry if I missed somthing already posted.

I bought the Testor's decal and have tried it several times, but with limited success. Black ink seems to work pretty well, but I have had no luck with color inks. I have let the decal dry for several minutes, then sprayed the bonding agent on them and let them dry overnight, only to have the colors run when you try to apply them. If you have any hints please share.

i let the decals dry for about 1-2 hours and then spray on about 2 good coats of bonder, u dont wanna put to much but it should b well covered and glossy after ur spray (look like a thin ;ayer of water is over it)

little hint... if instead of white u just use a slighty shaded colour so un noticable difference as long as your not trying to print pure white you will be fine because alot of printers wont print white
