Rear Diff Problem?

i gotta Skyline and just put the 4wd kit on.
Now the front is regular differential, i turn one wheel the other goes the opposite direction.
But the rear differential that came with the kit is pretty much locked. I can turn them indepentently, but they both roll the same way when I turn one.

That's how the rear ball diff works.
I find them too loose though.

I swap the ball diff from the rear to the front. It will allow for a tad more oversteer in a grip situation and lots of drifting fun in a slick situation
