wow this thred got big fast. but i guess thats what its like when people act like 5 year olds. "i'm right" "no, i'm right" "no i'm right". fighting on the net is like compeating in the specal olympics, even if you win your still retarded.
anyways. it will never in a million years matter how many mah a battery has cos that only refers to the capacity of the battery and how long it will last. and last time i checked people were just putting on cells that came to 8.4v. if an xmod cant take more then 7.6v then how are people useing these with no problems? i know alot of people that just put on the cells with a stage2 motor and nothing has happened to the xmod except it went really fast.
chooch,
what body do you have on your xmod? that will greatly change what batteries you can or cant use. alot of the skinny bodies such as the supra and the corvette have a hard time fitting these cells.
and guys lets try to act a little more mature here. calling people names makes the forum look bad, and it will cause people to not want to come here anymore.

They look like AA size, if you can split them up they will probably fit under certian bodies. Or, you may be able to mount them right over the electonics up in the top of the body, but the high CG might be bad. I've seen people fit AA size batteries in their cars in the back. If you can get a hatchback that you like from a mini-z car and follow the tutorial they should fit nicely, and look cool!

I didn't say they would fit without modification.. Jeeze, wasn't aiming the post at you anyways. No need to get so angry over it....

My ****ing god folks. For the last time, li-ion batteries are 4.2 volts NOMINAL. as soon as ANY kind of load is placed on them, out put is reduced to 3.6-3.7 volts... ffs.
