From the picture, it looks like a single cell. It may be too large.

Then again, you may have found a winner. I wonder if I could fit 4 of those in my supra????

But if I buy 2 cells, and the little charging unit with LED's from Rob, use my own 18 gauge wiring, and a charger rated the same as the one on his site, it should be fine ?
|
Hey dIsEaSe, don't be afraid. Just be careful and have fun!
I have 2 cars with 4 lithium-ions installed and 1 car with 5!
So 2 cells should be fine(Rob has good cells don't worry)

Made by Panasonic, the prismatic cell is 1.94" x 1.32" x 0.4" thick.
|
You could probably fit two on one of the CF chassis that Tiny sells here, for a total of 7.4v.

I'm just worried about the charging.
But if everyone else seems to be able to not catch their house on fire, I suppose I might be able to :P

I'll probably make sure I charge it downstairs (unfinished basement, cement floor) which is the least likely "fire" place in my house.
But I'm just going to make sure I have all the right supplies.
2 cells from Rob
charging unit from Rob (thing with LED's)
12v, 500mAh ac adapter from answering machine
then the wiring is the easy part

I charge mine in the car, & on my wooded bench or computer desk. The only thing you have to do is don't forget it's charging.

What's the max time it can be hooked up to an outlet after the "finished" LED lights up?
