Qfm

Hi - I ordered from here an the transaction went smooth.

I also ordered from QFM and it has been terrible.
Its been weeks and I never received my stuff.
They don't even respond to emails.

Hopefully its not a scam.
If it is I will have to report them to Pay Pal.

That's strange... when i ordered from qfm everything went smooth, I recieved my order in like 3 days. Have you left them a post in tiny's customer service dept.? I know you sent them emails... but hey it's worth a shot.

That's really weird, cause they're next door in NJ... My orders went smooth with them.. Try to contact them again.. Good luck.

If you go all the way to the bottom of the forum start page there is a Customer support menu... do I need to go on?

JrC,

Hi this is Jay from QFM Racing. Sorry to hear about the unsatisfactory order experience. Our response time to email has slowed considerably, so apologies are definitely in order. We have been receiving more technical mod help and troubleshooting type email in the past month, and responding to these emails takes more time, so we dont often get through our whole inbox quickly. We do put priority on order related email however. Also, just as a heads up, email sent mid-week are answered much more quickly than those received over the weekend.

Please post your issue in the Customer Support thread of QFM and we will definitely do our best to solve your issue.

Finally, TinyRC and QFM-R are two separate companies, so the orders are handled separately.

I just want to say I think it's really commendable how both QFM and Tiny RC are on amicable terms. I wish more businesses had this level of maturity.

That is all.
