ok i just installed my 5-Cell mod and wow that thing was fast but..... it only lasted for about 5 minutes and then it was slower than just 4 cells so i took all of them out and tested them they were all between 1.1 - 1.3 ( i dunno what those numbers are but the highest on the meter is 1.5). i was ussing 4 IC3's and 1 of those green Radio Shack ones. any help would be greatly appreciated.

1.1-1.3 is normal, since they are rated at 1.2, but you should never mix batteries!

Since they are reasonably new they are gonna be high everywhere but, NEVER buy them from RS unless it's a last resort... They bump the price up 10 dollars more because it has their name on the side... Get them from Wal-Mart... Thats where I got mine... I did buy one pack from RS... They sat in the sun for about 20 minutes and the wrap around it peeled off and the rubber seal around the ends melted...They are just $h!t...
Edit: BTW the ones at Wal-Mart are 14.97 and they are 24.99 at RS... Just to let you know...
