Hey im pretty new to Xmods but you might have seen me around the ZipZap section before. anyway my question is that i want a new motor, but it doesn't have a pinion. Before i try taking one from the Xmod Motor, how to you remove them? do you just yank them off, and stick it on the other motor? any other thing i need to know before i place this new motor?
The only things I've heard that will work are of course, a pinion puller, or, this little trick that means you have to gamble with your motor, you place the pinion over a hot flame to melt the glue holding it on and remove it, this of course can damage your motor. You can also cut a slit in a butter knife to slide onto to armature and under the pinion and pull. Its up to you!
