Finaly got my self a Turret Tank...

Well I finaly opened the box on my tank, cuz the Transmitter arrived today... I am sort of disapointed, the photos of the transmitters were sort of missleading, the thumb controlls look too playstationish I guess, so I asumed they were both 2 axis controls, but they are each one axis just like standard stick transmitters... I thought the up down controlled the left or right tread direction, and the side to side on one was the turret... bumber .

They are proportional, but not very... acceleration is way too fast, they would be better if the slow point was slower... the sticks nuetral zone is too big for the range of teh control stick... the left right adjstment sucks lol it still turns in either direction... if I get it stright when it goes fast, it turns when its slow.. or straight when slow then it turns when its fast, and always turns the other way in reverse... oh well .

Kinda boring with only 1 tank .

Only ran one charge through it so far, and already thinking of selling it . If they were just a little cheaper it would be worth it...

I dont quite agree with some of the things you said but hey if it doesnt float your boat it doesnt float your boat. You just got to get used to the controls. Me i absolutly love them to death and yes it is boring if you only have 1 tank. I also have the same problem with going straight.

mine drove off my keyboard, big long hard fall about half an inch LOL... and once it hit the desk... the one tread would just keep spinning... eventualy I learned that tapping the bottom, can start and stop this tread from spinning infinatly with out controller input... loose wire?

its only a 6 or so step proportional controll... you can see/hear the steps in the speed of the treads as you push control forward... so I guess those, Vs Tank clones are not all that much "lesser" .
