XMOD Rallying thread
Decided to make a thread for those who do it in the dirt. I'm working on a mod that can raise your XMODS by adjusting the shock positions. In other words, I'm making a multi-ride height XMOD. I need a way to keep dirt out of my XMOD as well.

sounds cool, to keep the dirt out you could extend the arm where the shocks go on and put on some overland shocks, maby itle work

i figured something out. you could lower the front A arms. the back you can't lower cause it's the lowest already. only for my skyline. unless you mod the back plate you can't lower the back. you could play with the suspension but it ain't worth it.

i no. you have to lower the a arms to get a hight ride hieght. and a higher a arm to get a lower ride hight. oh the skidplate is a good idea for off roading. just make sure to not cut a hole for the on/off switch. so the rocks can't tunr it off.

You don't have to lower the arms. All I'm doing is drilling a new hole in the A-arms to position the shock into.

No, I'm simply drilling a hole into them.
