ground effects
ok i just got a pair of leds and i was gonna make ground effects but i noticed that the body is too close to the chassis and i wanted to know how some people did there ground effects and if possible some pics like what it looks like under the car then without the bodyand how it looks on thanks i really appreciate it

Then don't post. Your just trying to get your post count up. I fit them right in. have to get small enough leds tho. And if it still doesan't fit just shove the body on9 Use the Force Luyke!)LOL
Thats just what i did. I never take the body off much any more tho......

im all for that idea but... my leds i got from rs are as long as the front tire and pretty thick i thought of putting it right infron of my rear wheels but still wont fit and my body is like thin i wouldnt be able to stick a peice of gum in there but oh well its cool thanks for the info though

here is an idea, get a clear chassis and put lights where there is space inside.

Xray M18: I stepped on it and broke the rear body mount, but it sitll runs....

cut holes in the chassis and hot glue the leds in, or cut grooves in the sides......

just drill a hole in the chassie big enough for a led then i did this i soldered both the + and the - end on the batterie(3v) and then just cut the + wire and make the two ends of the + longer then all you have to do is twist the two positive wires togeather

you can also melt or cut out the middle of the little tabs that hook the body to the car and put one of those really small square leds in it.
