offroading an XMOD
what should i do to make my car a little better in the dirt besides motors or major non reversable mods (i have nearly no money so messing up my chassis or parts is a very bad thing) i already have my setup tire wise and i have a skid plate. for anyone thats gona try offroading flip the wheels around so the spokes are facing inward and put 30.4x14 lego tires on it raises it quite a bit mine rolls over carpet and some dirt now. i cant wait till tomorrow so i can hit the dirt with batts that arent dead. i just got some rayovac rechargables tonight and just took them of the charger and tested in the house.

place a piece of think plastic (from soda bottles) between the front suspension arms and the upper deck to avoid some from coming into the car.

or...you could do this! it can climb over most anything in the backyard, and goes great through gravel and bark dust, and even drives over our shaggy carpet. The torque is amazing with the gearbox now attached and has roughly the same speed as the stock car. If it had the grip id be confident itd make it up a 60 degree angle, as it can do 45 easily.

would Overland tires fit these rims? or you could get a tire upgrade and stack tires. just make sure to glue them. i use rubber cement to glue mine. but if you want them permanently together use super glue.
