Doesn't work over the internet :-(
Hi!
I'm a french user of the desktop rover and his telecommander.
I put a spycam on the rover and i send video stream on a webpage.
Now, i'm trying to receive control commands from a friend (who's got the software) over the internet...but it doesn't work :-(
He's in remote mode, me in server mode, he has my IP.
We're are all behind a proxy router. Which port should we use ?
I don't receive anything from him :-(
Anyone succeded in the use of telecommander over internet ?
Thanks for your help

NAT fwding is the answer...
Hey all
For those of you wondering what happened (if anyone actually still visits this forum) it was all down to Hervé's router blocking the connection attempts. I determined the Telecommander software listens on port 1111 in server mode, (something which Plantraco doesnt document), and once Hervé had forwarded that port on his NAT I was in command of a nifty little Rover complete with visuals via a wireless board cam.
Lots of fun, thanks for the ultimate experience Hervé! Stay in touch.

Cool - we should set up an international Remote Remote Control exchange where we set up a time to control each others' tanks from thousands of miles away!

Rov-a-thon!
Heh, thats a cool idea. We should see how long we can keep a rover in control (give or take a few quick pit-stops for battery changes) by taking shifts as the time zone changes
Completely pointless, but lots of fun.
