I didnt use styrene. I just tryed somthin new and used tamiya molding putty. The fron is curved, and not just a wall. the pic doesnt show that well. I still heve to sand, add muffler, paint, etc.Ican make a new kit for tha sides esily, just need a heavy hammer.

hey charge ace what you said abou the tamiya putty gave me an idea and here it is.
it was just put on and its wet so i cant sand it smooth and carve it to the right shape yet but heres my latest progress on my savanna.hows your comn along???

Looks good. That's not tamiya thoough, is it? Tamiya is easy to mold and stuff. What is styrene? I didnt use wit whatever it is.

yeah its tamiya sculpting putty it came in a bluye box and it was 2 strips of this putty. styrene is thin sheets of plastic that you can layer to make a bodykit.

I am making an suv out of a 350z, it sounds crazy, but will have a good end.

Here's my Savanah:
-openable and closeable headlights
-custom paint job
-added custom waterslide decals
-lowered on it's ass, with lights removed, might put them back in
Yeah I had to take the lights out to lower it that far, but I broke one of the tail lights before hand.

jimbob- thoes headlights look great. must of been prety hard to cut them out. how do you get them to stay up without falling down

They are tight enough not to. I cut them out with a peice of thin metal in my soldering iron.
