you could shave down your rear bumper. no pics but it is easy to do.
1-take off your body
2-look at the rear bumper, just infront of it there is a plastic arch
3-shave off the arch with a dremel or what ever
4-mount the battery holder there
5-connect wires
6-put in battery
7-turn on and have fun
thats another way of doing it. shaving the arch doesnt reduce structurall integrety that much

Thanks

Thanks for the help, I shaved the the batt holder alot and I sanded underneath the body where the batterys are going.
I cut out some of the plastic on the tab that locks the body to the chasis.

Thanks, Peace

the easiest thing to do is shave a little bit of the windshield and cut off the light kit mounting posts.

i was just thinking about it, nad i think your problem is the connector for the motor is in the way, i moved mine to the side, above the battery holder. so now the holder sits lower

i'll post a pic of mine tommorow

i think you problem though, is the motor clip. the little plug that connects your motor to the car. if you have that in the middle of the car its going to be tough. i moved that off to the side in order to let the battery holder sit lower. if you dont get what i'm talking about i'll post a pic anyway.
