Geez, why don't all of you just learn to drift!, instead of using cheap tricks like sctoch tape. If you want to go through life doing things half (I won't say it cuz BC will yell at me), then be my guest. But, if you want to know how to do things the right way then: practice, practice, practice...

Exactly! This will just be drifting for wussies, speed and skill is everything, not style. Go cruise around in your ricey little civic with chrome hubcaps and blue lights with no engine mods and keep telling yourself it's all about style.

exactley wen u drift with stock tires then u will b really drifting otherwise y not just take the tires off all at once? pvc is low grip smooth plastic it is not an achievment drifting with that........
on concrete ok but smooth on smooth equals one thing...
a burned motor a whole bunch of ugly doughnuts and wasted batteries and if u havent noticed in the video THEY ARE DOING IT ON PAVEMENT not some tile floor!

the drift tires will be for concrete surfaces likes parking lots and streets only. i think it would be dumb to use the on slick surfaces. if you look at the yokomo drift cars, their tires are made to have no traction on them.

btw, if you how to drift on cement on stocks, then tell me because i would really like to know how you do it. i would think that the car would have to be very fast to be able to break the rear tires grip when you start the drift

No, just torquey. A low wind and Neo magnet motor would do it.

If you want to drift out side on the street use a layer or two of tape on the wheels. This will give you enough traction to really get some speed but you can break loose and drift. Don't use soft tires on a street, they will wear out fast. Hard tires are made for most pavement so try those first.
