for those of you that use the lights, is there a noticable power loss when the lights are plugged in and on?

no. i have the lights and it runs the same if i have the lights on or off or not installed at all.

not so much as power loss, but a loss in runtime is definetly there. for me.

I haven't noticed a power loss or loss in run time with the lights. In fact my car was running longer than some of my friends w/o lights. I think battery life is more a function of battery condition. (of course the metal bearings will help you run longer because of reduced drag.)
