Football Microsizers
I just noticed they have football microsizers. Anyone else than me think this is a waste of money? Here is a link to the website.

Why would they do something that stupid when if they made some american car bodies or exotic car bodies people would buy them like crazy they need to realize who their market really is

Hobbico has huge issues with marketing. Whoever is in charge, is completely missing the boat. I wonder if every decision for the MS line is made in Asia?

The helmet BIT is the silliest thing I have ever seen. Although, I guess the helmet has plenty of room for a 4 cell mod. (HA HA) The MS marketing and web site stuff has been way off the mark for a long time now.

I feel bad about dissin' the MS web site. I own a whole bunch of MSs and they all work great. You got to admit that the MSPRO is one of the best deals in the BIT world. I mean for 14.99 - 19.99 you get 2 bodies, a booster chassis and a 2.2 motor. The customer service is off the hook too. The one time I complained about a loose chassis tab...they agreed to send me a new chassis. Their service is almost as good as Tiny. NO this is not a paid endorsement.

I agree with the props to MS part. I only buy MS, except when the clones have something I want and MS doesn't make.(which is happening more and more frequently) I will always be in line to hail their products.
But the reason I don't feel bad about calling out MS in certain things is because I want them to do well. I don't see them going in new directions. I see them being taken over in categories like price, product diversity, and consumer demand. I see things that MS is doing incorrectly, and I would like them to change or they will simply vanish among the dozens of other clone companies.
I have to admit, I was very dissapointed not to see new product for the holiday season. It signals to me that MS/TOMY aren't quite commited to the future, and I don't like that thought.

I think that the general public has already lost interest in the micro-r/c category, so Hobbico might be about to give up making new stuff since now the only people buying are the hobby enthusiasts (which are not really abundant I think...).

If hobbico is relying on product lines like college football helmets, then they shouldn't be surprised when the fad starts to die off.
