i understand what you said i was just clearing up a few things... if you build a cf replacement chassy i'll buy one or 2....but if you somehow made a chassy that used any mini-z **** i won't buy it because i wanna stay with a all xmod style and not a crossover... do you understand where i'm comming from now?

I've only now seen the chassis, great design, simple but effective. Reminds me of the ARM chassis for the Micro RS4. I'll take one!

right????
also i drive 89 240sx with a sr20det swap and including the car the vette killer only cost $6,000 and i have some upgrades like a boost controler, quafe lsd,and R33 intercooler.you say $50,000 $3,500 and you have a car and a swap that at stock 5-7psi of boost will smoke a vette all day long.
|
woah man... either your bluffing or just plain obvlivious.
an sr20det black top or red top only put out about 210hp stock.
i also know someone who has a 91 240hatch with a redtop sr20det swap and no way in hell can he smoke a vette yet. you need to read up more before you go spilling words like this.. it would take alot more than a stock turbo at 7psi, actually you could never do it with a stock turbo.

I dont like how the front diff for the AWD kit is exposed like that, i see major problems with that, with hair, dirt and so on.
other then that, it looks good

Im gonna have to agree on this one...my dad owns a Z06 and, stock, in the 1/4 mile, its faster than a Viper.12.3 I think. And with 410 HP outta the box.....good luck. I drive a Focus with every upgrade known to man, including boost, Ive got 283HP at the wheels......I STILL dont run a 12.3. Maybe Im a bad driver or whatnot, I just dont believe a 240 could smoke a vette.

Hey, Zero-Man do you need any help with the CAD work? I've got 14 years of AutoCAD experience (I'm currently a CAD Designer for an environmental consulting firm). I work cheap (maybe in trade for one of these beautiful chassis). If it would help you out at all on keeping the R&D costs down, I'd be all for chipping in.
You can email me at gjones72@earthlink.net as to whether you are interested in the help or not.

its seems like to me that they are already set with that, as tinyrc made a post. i can also draw in cad and my dad has 25+years with drafting if any new projects come up. he also has access to his company's cnc machine, altho no one knows how to work it.

first off i'm pushing 14psi on a STOCK yes thats right i said STOCK turbo all i have done is a rebuild w/bearings.second i didn't say i could smoke a Z06 i said a vette(stock) or lightly modded up.third at 7psi a 240 can (only with a good driver) beat a bone stock vette....
and if you guys don't believe me please come down to tampa,fl and i'll give you a ride in my car. hell after that ride, i'll give you a ride in my 94 civic dx coupe w/SiR B series built with a t3-t4 gready kit ...and that bitch is in the high 12's with slips to prove it!!!
