I cant even get a pic under my name i have gone to the place to pick avatars and it say showing 1-10 of 0 any reason why this wld happen???

Why don't you go to the icon site listed above, and remote link it. Right-hand click the pic, select properties, then highlight the web address, and paste it in remote link. Or, save the pic on your comp as a gif, and upload it.
