 Has anyone had any experience with Nakamichi micros?

Yes. I have a couple of them. They come with dual cells and are definitely faster than a stock BIT / ZZ or clone right out of the box. They come with a 2 speed feature that's cool too and nice looking rims too. My gripe about them is that they are difficult to mod because of the way they are made. The chassis is somewhat different from a regular bit or clone.

Great car for parts.. Great wheels, and batts. Bodies are cool too.
The controllers are the best chargers you'l find.
Charge a bit on the nakamichi Tx twice, you'll get 20+ min runtimes.

 Here are some pics of the Nakamichi micros that I got. I raced against a friend's X-Mod and beat him, both were stock. They have fine detail.
