I would get the suspension pack because you can tune it more and can kinda help you with botteming out your car and help urn better on almost all surfaces. The only reason I wouldn't take the tire pack is because it only come with a soft tire and a hard tire whichis very limited.

The suspension pack can affect handling, the tire pack can affect how well you grip the road. If it's outside, and you have a flat blacktop or something, you can use the hard tires, if indoors go with the soft.
The suspension can affect how you steer, whether it be tightly, widely, quickly or delayed, and how well you can drift.

I have both and to me the suspension/steering pack would be my preference. For the steering options.
The stock tires do a fine job until they wear down.

You have to get the tire upgrade with a stage 2 motor or your tires will fall off.
Or... you can glue the tires.

I had no problem with the S2-RR motor and stock tires even on grippy concrete. just wear and tear.

Tires didn't do a damned thing for me, but the rim choices were nice.
