I wouldn't do it

There's a lot of people who've toasted their cars doing this....There's a thread on here somewhere dedicated to that particular problem.

You can fit 6 cells and the light pcb under the body of the supra. You however can not fit a 2 AAA cell holder under the body. You will need to hard wire a 2 cell pack under the body. You will also need to remove the pcb from the top of the car and remount it. Basically its a real bitch to do and you need to devise a way to charge the cells with out removing them from the car. Sorry I dont Have any Pics. But unless you have a good charger and the means to develop an in car charging system I would not recomend it.

Yeah, The batteries are never removed from my car, I bought a 3/32 phone jack and mounted it to the car, and use the corresponding plug attached to my charger. it works very well but it was a pain in the ass to do.

its pretty simple just solder the connections to the jack to where the + and - leads come off of the stock battery holders. When wiring tbe plug use a multi meter to be sure the + imput from the charger is putting juice to the + battery wire and you are good to go. Its simple in theory but a hard mod to do because of the tight space in the supra body, and its also hard to mount the jack. I mounted it to the body as a gas filler.

im not sure how the chip looks but couldnt you mount the batteries under the chip, or you can make your own custum holder under the actual body by glueing peices of sheat metals/ spring/aluminum foil as contact points to the plastic and then completeing you curcuit, or (what im aiming towards) custumising the batt case, but their are other ways, if you search you'll find people who have gotten the holder under the body by messing with the mounts, i hope this shines some light on the situation

You can mount a 2 "AAA" battery holder under the Supra and Skyline bodies with a little dremel work to the inside, that is what I did.
