I just checked a few minutes ago and the person is still using images stolen from RCmod's site.

To be honest, I'm curious which pics he used of mine.

Nope I don't care what happens with those pics.
I own the CARS. That's the important thing.

Hmmm,.
I guess my original post ,...wasn't too far off .
I edited my original post because I didn't want anyone to
think I was defending the seller ,. DT s pix was used as a
main picture , which appeared to be for sale . Strider's pix
were displayed at the bottom as a custom done by a
modder . I am only talking about the link that was posted.
I haven't looked at his other auctions . As far as taking
the pix from the hosting sites , he was wrong if their
policies prohibit . It looks like Ebay has dealt with him,
since the auction is now invalid .

I can understand why he would want to use the pics. Dark Tari and the others make some of the sweetest custom cars out there.
It would definitely improve sales of his products. Maybe if he had done the right thing and asked everyone for their permission (not to mention grease some palms) things would have turned out differently.

Well, I would also be so honored to have my cars used to sell mini-cars. But it still doesn't change the fact that the seller is trying to trick people to get them to buy something else. He should be upfront and show the buyer what they're in for, and then show what the potentials are. Otherwise he's just another snake. You could say that it's not quite a lie, but I could say he's not quite honest, witch makes him a liar. Remember that we make our own hobbies as a group of individuals. We shouldn't let bastards fill our ranks.

Errr nope the Panthers are the worst slowest poor made mini RC car I have ever seen.. Also all the Panthers I have seen come with a 60mah battery not a 120mah one
I also like the way he has pic of Shen Qi Wei cars up there with the Panthers
Just to let you know how bad the Panthers are
I know 2 traders
One sells Shen Qi Wei cars and the other sells Panthers
The one that sells Shen Qi Wei is lucky if he gets back 2 faulty cars every 2 weeks
But the one that sells Panthers has over 30 cars returned to him every week! And over 540 in his lockup that he can’t do enything with as there all faulty “Got given loads  ”
Anyway back on topic,
He need to display what he is selling and not deceive the buyers
