Spring rate is the amount of force required to compress a spring a certain amount. ie: 300lbs springs will require 300lbs to compress them one inch.

I think you could stiffen the rear suspension, or put harder tires on the rear if you want the car to break rear traction first and drift.

more torque is better for drifting and i like to drift.
and thanks for the info about the rear springs.
