Ram-air

here is my project car. right now all it has it a ram-air hood. mods to come are custom body kit, roof scoop, shaved door handles, and a body drop.

here is a updated pic......as for how i did the hood...i wish i had took pic's of the steps but i didn't. all i can say it i took my time and used a little super glue and bondo.

yes i am gonna paint over it. when i get done the car is gonna be silver with some other color on it(not sure what yet)it's gonna have a custon paint job.i am gonna buy a replacement body so that i can have a stock body and then this one will be my "show car" i wont start working on the body kit untill i get a my new body.

Very nice work! I would like to see some other types as well. That hood would look tight on a Civic. Have you thought about making your own side skirts, etc.?

im making my own body kit right now and its a pain ... but the rear bumper looks nice so its worth it. the hardest part is the mounting ... but the REAL hardest part will be making the front bumper ... that thing has so many contours ... o and BTW its a civic

thanks guys.....yes i am gonna make some side skirts and the other parts to.....i was at wal-mart tonight and was looking at the paints and i think i am going with silver and gunmetal...should look good when i get done.

here is a small update. got the hood painted but it's not the right silver i was looking for but i think i will go with this color anyways.
