Dont expect too many after markets for a 85-87' corolla GTS? That car carries such a legacy in Japan that there's almost every part you could think of made for it. Cusco, Tein and JIC make all there parts for the ae86 suspension wise, which would make it somewhat track worthy.

as for the honda's suck part... to each their own.

I've been waiting for someone to say that. usually thats the first one you get after the initial flaming. yeah there are parts for the AE86/Corolla/Trueno/Panda/etc. but not as redily available as it would be for a civic (YES I MADE A POSITIVE COMMENT ABOUT A HONDA) there are parts out there for any car its just a matter of getting them. and like you said thats in the JDM where those parts are readily available. most your local speed shops won't carry it. and will mostly be ordered from the web and most are imported from japan hence the JDM.

you all make me laugh with your arguing, just for the record, i owned an mk3 supra(90), thing was a beast and quite gutsy but found myslef replacing lots of parts, all your pulling is 14's and your talking **** about, i hate to break it to you but 14's are not fast. ive also owned a gsx eclipse(96), and my crx when it was stock would kill this car the, ive also owned a gst eclipse(90) and this i would have to say in stock form was faster than the rest.
Oh and its Vtec, not vtech, and it is nothing at all near comparible to turbo, complete oppisite.
Oh and targa i will guarentee that my crx the way it sits now will rape your supra.

my honda runs 10's....and its stock.....who wants to run?...lol(im serious)....and as for vtec... its not like turbo.... its a seperate set of lobes on the cam shafts that are engaged at a certain rpm and oil pressure.....like having 2 seperate sets of cams!!....theres no lag like a turbo...the power is always there, providing the revs are up....then again..who needs cams anyway?... "the 7 cant lose!"...........................

What year is ur RX-7 my mom has one i am inhereting Dec.9 mines a 96 RHD From Japan(my mom decided she wanted one, they didn't make them here anymore so ordered one from japan)

i said i had it running 14s after just getting the car if you read it i then go on to say i've done more since. as for the gsx mine is a first gen. (never could stand the second gens.) and there is no stock crx that would hold its own against EITHER of those car unless you have an idiot driver at the wheel.
