interchangeable bodies
can i RSU myself other bodies and put them on my Civic?

the skyline won't fit on the rsx chassis. i tried it tonight @ work.

but did u try to move the back of the carwhere the 3 holes are to see if it fit then?

I think that it would work if you replace the tab in the front of the chassis and then set the chassis at its farthest setting.

nope
front wheels wont turn. the wheel base seems to be shorter on the rsx chassis. the front tyres are stuck in the wheel wells.

I noticed multiple holes in the bottom of the rear chassis. This must be for rear stretching of the chassis to fit the longer bodies. I also noticed form pics that some cars have longer and different height front lips, you know the one that slides into the front of the body.
So maybe you need the proper front lip as well as the rear chassis holes to make it fit right. Or the rear part of the car could be different for some of the cars too. A good way to find out would be to measure the driveshaft length of the car. Shorter chassis would need a shorter driveshaft to ensure proper fit of the awd kit.
Maybe a chart of this would lead to knwoing what can fit. I'm going to try to remeber to take my car to work this week and take a micrometer to the axle to get an exact measurement of it with all gears removed.

i got the skyline junker body to fit my rsx chassis. pretty simple really. details in the mod forum.
