I actually hammer a nail through the wheels, then if it doesn't spin free enough, I take the pointy dremel tip (Be careful, I literally put a hole in my hand when my other hand slipped) and really slowly take as little material off as I can. Then I do a test and fit. Oh, my spacers for the rears are so ghetto. I use some hot glue! Hey, it works pretty well, since the car still drives!
