So basically even with the RS wages and 30% off I'm still making out better than an RS employee with my weak city wages.
(of course I have those union dues-ugh atleast I work at one of the most interesting places in the city)

hmmm... in CA the comission is on top of min wage. I went to a hiring thing, but the store near me isnt hiring

tho they just posted a sign for seasonal.. hmm... is it worth it to quit mcdonalds(college stundent)....

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that if he is not making money off of the site and it's just a fan site he maybe okay under "fair use" as long as he is not using the logo in a bad way...

Just make sure that your stating somewhere on the home page that your not affiliated with RS and something along the lines of "all graphics/logos are copyright or TM of their respective owners".

You know, WORSE CASE he get's a letter that says take our logo off of your site from an RS lawyer... no biggie... take the logo off and be on your way. However, I would think that with the proper credits involved that RS is not gonna send their lawyers after some fan that is basically giving them free advertising.

It does not make good business sence to sue your customers!

I mean come on, we are not dealing with the RIAA here...

I dont make alot of money but the perks are good and I see alot of interesting stuff and the work, for the most part, is very very easy.

seriously tho sometimes i go to radioshack here in canada and the employees are like the most retarded people ever. like i was just checking to see which zipzaps they had cuz they finally released it in canada. i bought my xmen 2 chrome zip a while ago while in the states but i just wanted to check the stores in canada. it was in the back of the store and the way that store was laid out you cant see it from the entrance. and this employee walked by me so i asked him if they had zipzaps. he looked at me weird so i knew he didnt know what they were. then instead of trying to help me by finding out or just tell me the truth that he didnt know, he went ahead and said that they didnt have it. since he was so dazed and confused i didnt believe him. i then found it in the back of the store there was like a whole wall of em maybe around 70 of em lol. it may not be the same in the states and all but the person i am getting all my xmod supplies from says that the people at the 3 rs's close to her are dumb and dont know what xmods are nor do they help you even tho they carry numerous parts. either way i aint saying all employees are like that but they really gotta tighten up on that stuff. make sure all rs employees are helpful in every store or at least know the brand new products they're trying to promote.

about 10 bucks an hour wasn't too bad. But i had to work my butt off to do it. Now I'm salaried at my new job, makes life much easier.

Really working at radioshack wasn't the problem. Working for a manager that knows how to manage a store less than you do, now thats a problem.
